  ***AMENDMENT:***
  Richard contacted me by email and explained why my emails had not been read. He apologised and yes I could contact by phone but I had issues with my mobile provider at the time.
  Seeing as the company was not at fault and I have no option to delete this review either, I have decided to rate them 5 stars for reaching out and apologising. I have now already purchased equipment from elsewhere but I will be coming in for future purchases. The store looks superb and I do wish to come in some day when I am back in my hometown.
